Woit!!!! What do you know.... today seems a little different..... oh ya.... its the second post of the day. Its a rare occasion....

Recently the government introduced the 4 million smiles project to show the world that Singaporeans, PRs, Singaporeans who could not sing the national anthem or people residing in this small and crap cramp island is bloody happy with everything going on in the country. Hence those people who pull more than 12 muscle are asked to leave the city area and are not allowed to return until they subdue the overly active muscles.

This is done with the aid of global news coverage as swarms of reporters, photograhpers, and journalist will be walking around the 45km x 25km country thanks to the IMF convention.

There is also a website (with the "download" at the sidebar that doesn't work) for people to submit their smiles and a top prize will be given to those who have the broadest smiles measured by the amount of teeth shown. You can also run a search incase your candid shot is taken by the so called ambassadors. Prizeless pictures of you digging your nose in public will be deleted as its a different type of pleasure they are looking for.

Hence if your dog or your hamster could smile or even put up a smirk, remember to submit in your copy to aid the 4 million mark as we have to forgo a certain percentage of these recalcitrants who also dwell in "Fine City".

In conjunction of the project, a new flag has also been introduced in hope of replacing the current, and it promise to bring more than 4 million smiles.
