Ok ladies and junglemen, with the impending IMF coming in September, every each one of us Singaporeans are encouraged to smile readily to each and every stranger you'll see, i guess especially those around suntec area bah.
Just imagine, with the Four Million Smiles campaign coming along, everyone of us start putting on a silly grin. Morning on the way to work, everybody is putting a smile at the MRT station. The whole damned pack train is full of smiling ppl. Then the train jerks. Everybody are thrown forward but still maintaining their smiles. While you are looking at the reflection of the window, you see all smiley faces. Then someone farted a horrible fart. Everyone is still smiling.
That's a pretty scary thought. Welcome the world with four million smiles. You go toilet to relieve, the person before you opens the door and smiles. After you finish your business, the person after you smiles. While washing your hands, the person at the next sink smiles. Even the cleaner aunty cleans the toilet with a smile. And you start to wonder 'is everybody possessed??' Then suddenly it just strikes upon you like a lightning. Oh ya, it's the Four Million Smiles project. And you start to smile. You walk past the Gents and spot a guy peeing, you smile. The guy jitao chua tio, started to zip up his pants in a haste but *ouch!*
So, wait no more. Start practising your smiles now and welcome the world with your enchanting smile. But pls don't ever do this while you smile:
