Anyone been to the fireworks festival on 18th Aug? The rowdy crowds overpowered the police on duty and cross the road illegal while the authorities just stand there and watch. A sign of too much sand in the hand.

Yes i know. 7th month of the Lunar calendar, we shouldn't be visiting beaches and such. Anyway, this was my third trip, which signifies the "Energizer" spirit in me. First 2 trips are spoiled by foul weather and inappropriate timing.
