Last Saturday, we, forum members, went for our regular outing. ZillaEgg kept telling us that there is this place where the food are really great. Kept singing praises *i was pondering if he earns any commission for spreading the word* and telling us how good the food was.

We were seated on a table for 10, cos there are 10 of us, so after ordering we wait for our food to be served. We waited...... and waited.......... Hm... oh my... the people on the next table left..... and waited...... oops baby crying..... and waited...... more than half an hour later, the food finally came.

Indeed, it taste good. Every dish came with its own specialty. I took a few snap of what we ordered for the benefit of those in Aussie, who can only see. Haha ... right in your face!!

This dish is called, chicken ala keropok. Served just like suckling pig in restaurant. Cut to thin slices and the gravy that comes along with it makes it taste better.

This is the home-made hair growing tofu soak in spew. Nice and tender, the chicken floss is purely for decoration purpose.

Fried rice is also another specialty. Not just any fried rice, these are rice from Thailand-Malaysian border, *must be on the border, anything out of that will have a different taste* also the rice are made to be left in the oven for seven seven 49 days to obtain the correct texture.

.

Cheese wrap with ham wrap with chicken nuggets. Taste better than the stuff crust.

Ribs marinated with 7 types of herbs and 9 types of spices. One bite will make you glow and wonder why your taste buds worked in hyper mode.

Crab in hot soup. The soup *its soup not gravy* has to be boiled 3 bowls to 1 bowl, add 2 bowls of water again then boil again to 1 bowl. Brings out the genuine taste of the crab that blend in well with the soup.

Butter crabs. Take note that this dish must be taken last as you will not be able to fill anything else if you had it first. Funny though.. i did not know butter could taste spicy.

Kudos to the chef, and its worth the wait for all these special dishes. So does my photographs make you drool? I am good behind the lens.
