.: Rubber's Rodent: "Cage to tank"

My promise to my hammies went long enough, i have manage to find a larger place for them to play and run about. I fulfill my promise and best of all i saved some moola.

My 2 little furballs are growing and seems like the cage is too small for them to actually run around. Promise myself that i will get them a bigger cage after i got my year end bonus but did not manage to get any nice ones though.

Tha fish tank with the stones stack up nicely.

I manage to get to use the fish tank (used to be fishes in there but all hand in IC) wash it up and dry it for a few days, to get rid of whatever bacteria there maybe. Don't whether is it sufficiet but better than nothing.

Then i place sheets newspaper at the bottom to protect the base of the tank. Well actually i am lazy to bloody sweep all the beddings with the newspaper its easier for me to just fold and dump whatever waste the 2 bastards left.

And there you go. A new and bigger place for the hamsters to stay. Nice right?

Toys for the hamsters

Of course with the new tank there is more space for me to place things too, well.... hamster things which doesn't come cheap. No wonder these pet stores survived, they bloody suck till you dry. The bloody wooden house cost 10 bucks and its MOULDY!!!

Final touches to the tank

There.... put in some beddings and place the wheel thing, their wooden block with holes, food bowl, water bottle, some wooden chewing blocks and last but not least the toilet or bath room whatever you call it i call it the sand box. So how do you like my decor? I am still trying to find a better way to place the water bottle, am currently using double side tape but it keep falling off. I was painting a scenario in my mind when one of the hamsters approach for a drink and the bottle fell on him. What would go to his mind? Probably "NABEH CHAO TURBAN!!!........You @#*$!! water bottle and damn that bloody owner who never do it correctly!!" =X

The pets are in

Yeah... there they go of course being the curious rodents that they are, the 2 little buggers ran around exploring the new ground. Most likely is to find a way to escape after all they are escape artiste. Hope they survive the first night and i will still see these idiots in the morning.
