I want P5!!

Dear Person-in-charge,

Recently, there has been a TREMENDOUS slowness in my PC which I have noted. I have noticed that during pre-opening hours, my colleague and I has tested in both our systems. We keyed in orders together at the same time. However, his orders were accepted in the system first!! The only explanation I can think of is my PC is very much slower than his!

I have found out that I am currently using a Pentium 3 machine, while his is using a Pentium 4! How can the XXXXXX be so unfair to us, traders, when both of us pay the same subscription fees to your services??

Please do not ask me to clear temp files or do some disk fragmentation, all these actions have already been taken before you can advise!

By losing to my colleague when entering orders, I have lost some amount of money. Now, you answer me, who will pay for my losses due to PC performance issue??

All I need now is a new PC, which would greatly help to improve performance. Can you look into my request immediately?? Please get me a PENTIUM 5 machine, which needless to say, will certainly beat my colleague's PC in term of speed!
